30 Day Fitness Challenge_Week 4

Ok team, we are in the last week so let's knock it out! Here are the workouts for the week.

Monday | Wednesday | Friday: Full Body Workout
  • Complete 3 sets of Cardio from Week 1, rest 2 minutes and complete The ARMageddon Workout.
  • Rest another 2 minutes, then complete 2 sets of 6 Minute Legs  instead of 1.
Tuesday | Thursday | Saturday:
  • Complete 5 sets of Cardio from Week 1 with 15 Burpees instead of 10.
