Consumption of fish vs Alzheimer's

Good morning world,

For those of you who love to eat your fish, this article may bring a sigh of relief to your day. Personally, I like to have fish a few days a week myself just to help keep my diet as lean as possible.
In this featured article, research shows that having fish at least once a week may increase gray matter in certain areas of the brain involved in memory and learning. Its a pretty good read and for those of you who don't eat fish, you might want to tough it out every once in a while.
