Hello all. I won't keep you long but I just felt the need to share this article that I ran across. No it doesn't list any unknown secrets or how to lose 30 pounds in 2 days. But it does deliver a simple message that I preach to all of my clients; "Fitness is a lifestyle."
As you see to the left, 91 year old Bernice Bates is not only getting it done but she is teaching one of her yoga classes. That's right, at 91 Bernice Bates has been teaching and practicing yoga since 1960 and is still going strong.
We as a society tend to take the easy way out of exercising as we get older, and try to blame everything on age. Sayings like well when you get to be my age this happens and when you get to be his age, stuff just stops working properly. That is nothing but a bunch of bologna! Your body will continue to operate very well for quite sometime if you give it the conditioning and proper fuel that it needs to do so.
I will stop here and just let you check out the article. Perhaps Bernice Bates can be a little motivation for some of you who are not even half her age and complaining already about being too old to workout and get in shape.
